As a Junior Data Analyst at Trufla, I had the opportunity to apply my data analysis and visualization skills using tools such as Tableau. As a researcher in the Department of Occupational Therapy, I have specialized in conducting comprehensive literature reviews, crafting research proposals, and collecting valuable electromyography, posturography, and kinematic data. My expertise lies in developing innovative interdisciplinary projects aimed at addressing critical gaps in the field of balance and postural reactions.I recently led a proof-of-principle study that focused on investigating the influence of light touch on visually evoked postural reactions using virtual reality. This cutting-edge research not only shed light on the similarities between balance responses evoked by virtual reality and physical paradigms but also revealed the potential of light touch in reducing these responses.The impactful findings of this study have the potential to inform the development of modified designs for current technologies and contribute to enhancing existing fall prevention strategies. I am enthusiastic about contributing my skills and expertise to further advance research in the field of balance and human motor control.

SHRed Concussions is a large Canadian research study funded by the National Football league’s (NFL) Scientific Advisory Board to understand concussions in high school athletes. SHRed studies several dimensions of concussion, including prevention, detection, and diagnosis. As a part of the Department of Family Medicine, I worked at the Glen Sather Sports Medicine Clinic to facilitate concussion treatment and management.

In this role, I collaborated with management to drive sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor. I upheld the company's values and vision while adhering to procedures and policies. In addition to opening/closing the store, I also led workshops on The Body Shop’s Fair Trade programs, performed customer consultations, and led employee safety orientations.

At Bolduc Laboratory, I had the incredible opportunity to contribute to research aimed at supporting families and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As part of an interdisciplinary team, I participated in the creation of an AI-powered search engine that bridges the gap between patients and essential ASD resources. The program stands out by effectively filtering out misinformation and "fake news" about treatments, causes, and prognoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ensuring accurate information reaches those in need.In a separate project, I conducted interviews with expert panellists, including independent researchers, national health agents, and pharmaceutical representatives from Canada, France, and the United States. Our discussions centred around rare disease clinical trials, focusing on conditions like Fragile X syndrome, to better understand efficacy and potential improvements. Moreover, as part of my research journey, I dedicated efforts to investigating the efficacy of online cognitive testing methods and ensuring data validity through regulatory processes.
