Created, implemented and led a Key Stage 3 literacy development programme for ages 7-14. Head of KS5 (A Level) English: managed the development of the KS5 teaching to improve results and achieve 100% A* to C at A Level English Literature. Mentor to trainee teachers and Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs).
