With a strong background in educational leadership and program management, I currently serve as the Dean of Faculty at MEK Review, where I oversee curriculum development and teacher training. My journey began as a high school English teacher through Teach for America, where I designed curricula and supported underserved students in rural Arkansas. These early experiences ignited my passion for bridging the achievement gap and improving educational access.At MEK Review, I’ve led the launch of new academic programs and revamped existing ones, all while managing a team of over 25 educators. I oversee faculty development, conduct performance reviews, and design teacher training protocols to ensure high-quality instruction. My role also includes liaising with parents, students, and staff to create individualized learning plans and help students improve their academic performance.In addition to administrative leadership, I am committed to creating personalized learning experiences that address both academic skills and essential executive functions like time management and motivation.
