I led the graphic design team to maintain internal branding guide and coordinated with them for the planning of the visual concepts for projects. I also designed a Salesforce-based coaching platform, resulting in a 55% decrease in time on task, and led the creative development of project promotional videos, garnering a total of 1.2 million views on Facebook.Other responsibilities I had were creating styles guides, wireframes, and functional prototypes, and producing short animated videos. I collaborated closely with graphic designers and developers, and reported directly to the Director of Design.

I launched brand identities for client, including logo development, color schemes and font selection. I also consulted with client to outline website goals, illustrate wire frames, and site functionality, and designed website with a strong visual presence and improvement in content management.

I enhanced Excel-based accounting system through VBA coding, making it user-friendly. I also helped design marketing collateral, such as promotional flyers and graphics for social media.
