 Provide operational support to multiple interest rate derivative trading desks Coordinate TriOptima and LCH swap compression cycles resulting in reduced trade notional allowing greater risk tolerances and savings of nearly $1M in regulatory reporting costs Lead team member on design and production of cancel correct reporting involving monthly presentations with business managers, interest rate risk management team and compliance personnel to enhance tracking, trending and escalation of cancel corrects within system of record  Build and maintain relationships with exterior business partners to optimize post-execution trade facilitation; recognized on multiple occasions for proving an excellent level of client services Direct numerous strategic business initiatives relating to OTC Rates trading business  Reduced operational risk and improved confirmation metrics by reducing touchpoints in system of record  Analyze and resolve inefficiencies and bottlenecks in partnership with technology and other business partners Responsible for execution and accuracy of all trades in internal system of record while ensuring compliance within various regulatory requirements Subject-Matter Expert on interest rate derivative products and operational workflows for upstream and downstream business partners  Perform User-Acceptance Testing on system and new process implementations

 Actively pursue general contractors in order to procure projects awarded to the company generating $5.5M in annual revenues Estimate project costs by gathering proposals, blue prints, specifications, procuring pricing from vendors and computing expenses by analyzing labor, material and time requirements Complete job costing by maintaining cost database in excel Audit invoices to ensure receipt and accuracy of all materials ordered Order, track and ensure timely delivery of materials to maintain timely completion of projects
