When I create a photograph of a still life, I like to focus on the things that people over look. The things that people see and feel everyday but don’t really look at it and say “wow, that’s beautiful.” That “thing” is my main focus and it’s texture; looking at textures and bringing them to life. When a person looks at my photographs I want them to look at them and say “I know exactly how that feels.When I create a portrait, I like to create an emotion and capture a still of a moment in time that a person could never relive the same twice.
