I am a Chicago native with 12 years of teaching visual art and yoga experience. I have taught pre-K up unto all high school grade levels and adults. I have developed my own curriculum each year, order materials, budget, plan events, plan programs, facilitate the programs and teach classes. I have also managed groups of other teachers and artists of up to 50. Arts and educational programming, admission counseling, educational consulting are also areas of experience I have gained and want to continue. In addition, I run my own gallery in Logan Square, which represents established and emerging artists, live painters, dancers and a very wide variety of interdisciplinary events to foster a safe space for the arts!We are working to further the conversation and movement of creative positive change through urban contemporary art. Educational and artistic/museum programming is my passion and so is bringing community together over the arts. Interested in working on arts and education admin from home now.
