Business Administration provides a lot of options for someone to choose to advance in any field, and one of the fields I chose was business analysis. For me, it is what I call the brain of the company. As someone with a previous Engineering degree and a background in customer care, management information system, and workforce analysis, business administrations with concentration in business analysis became a clear part for me to take. It can extend to different branches such as economics, finance, management, research, global business, marketing, law and ethics, and also gateway to learn new processes and technology. Business Analysis enhanced my analytical and problem-solving skills by looking through existing businesses and learning from their mistakes. Learning how a business works and how it should be handled by trying to build a stronger human resource, because a business will not go on without building the bond between the workers and the management. Taking care of the clients, and stakeholders is an essential part of every business. And following certain rules and regulations and abiding to the laws provided by the government became a basic principle of every business.After putting my career aside for a while, it is now time for me to build my foundation up and having business degree, maintaining a minimum of 3.8 GPA, and a consistent deans lister of APUS is already the beginning. I live with this believe that “dreams can be achieved with perseverance, goals are attained with determination, and triumphs are gained with hard work.” These are words that push me to continue to reach my ambitions. It may not be as high as what anybody else would think but for me it is something that I can say I can be proud of. Every step I make is a step closer to what I want to be and where I want to be.
