Prior to entering the Recruitment field, I was a versatile healthcare professional who worked at the top of my scope in several areas of clinical support. My expertise in navigating insurances, the healthcare marketplace, post-discharge care planning, financial counseling, and supporting talent acquisition provided me an invaluable birds eye view of the challenges faced in today's ever-changing world of healthcare. My enrollment in Masters of Education focused in Adult Learning has made me more sensitive to both the strategic needs of a business/organization as well as the needs of the individual. As a Recruiter and former Team Manager, understanding the importance of finding the best fit for my business as well as for my job-seekers, is the only way to be truly successful and impactful. As exciting as the Recruitment industry is, always forcing us to adapt and be on our toes, I can be found in a more casual environment a few nights a week when I am emcee'ing trivia shows across Northeastern Ohio as an entertainer for Last Call Trivia.
