I am currently the Partnership manager for a Mid Donor Programme at The Leprosy Mission charity. Using my skills from my previous position in retail partnerships, I was asked to strengthen a new donor target area for this charity. As a completely new role I developed this caseload from my experience in the commercial world and managed to really made it grow. So much so, that TLM were able to employ 3 new people to manage this and I was then asked to run a programme for a new target area all over again.

I have now moved into the Client side of the business wherupon we deal with companies who wish to effectively 'buy' our time. Whether it be for entire show production, VT promo shoots, Advertisting and just general trading and liaising. I have also been gaining experience in Financial Services, working on trying to increase revenue with new business ventures. I am involved in client sourcing, client relationship management and general TV account management. I have been using my link with production to utilise the live broadcast team in these ventures. There have been some very exciting projects!

I work as a Producer at a TV studio where I have to liaise with buyers, directors, floor managers and guests on a daily basis. I am responsible for creating the editorial for products and deciding on a format for the show. I have to ensure we are using the relevant sales tools to show each product in its best light. Whether it be utilising VT clips, full page graphics, web-based output or still images. As well as writing reports on each show, I produce and analyse what enticed our customers and at what point during each hour. When a show is fully prepared behind the scenes, I produce the show from a live gallery environment where I instruct the presenter, director and floor managers so that everything runs smoothly.
