Planning and organising all aspects of Events, Wedding and Meetings held at the Club from the initial enquiry, catering, entertainment, set up and running the event itself. Responsibilities include:• To develop, organise, plan and promote both new and existing clients/events.• Maintained a live database of upcoming events.• Ensure regular meeting are held to update the interdepartmental teams.• Conduct regular meeting with brides, meeting and function planners to ensure customer satisfaction and to create a rapport.• Manage all request and expectations of clients. • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers such as entertainment, florists and caterers.• Manage key relationships with the team, clients and suppliers.• Act as a support and the main contact for all client, operations and F&B teams.• Work with the marketing team to create promotional material for services provided.• Identifying opportunities to up sell.• Ensure all contracts are signed and promote payments are made before the event date.
