I research and analyze traffic to the website as well as understand the engagement levels on advertisements and content creation. Propose email campaigns that are appealing to the audience and execute them. Develop intriguing designs that portray the intelligent technology of the software throughout the website. Conduct weekly marketing & sales meetings that intend to catch up on the analytics of the week and plan the next steps of the action plan.

My daily responsibilities included talking through an active project with children and assisting them to complete the activity from start to finish. I was given a variety of customers in which I was to be engaged in conversing with the families and learn to be understanding of the different needs that may come from them. - I have taken from this the ability to actively work to complete projects that require a finished presentation. - I have also taken skills that allow me to converse efficiently with different types of consumers and apply their own needs to what needs to be completed.

I was required to be CPR and first aid certified for this position so I was accurate with my techniques involving serious injuries that may arise. - I learned how to work in a team by communicating properly what is the best solution for the dire situation. - I became educated on leadership and how important it is for improvement within your own quality of work in completing tasks. I have grown into a resilient leader by pursing myself into tough situations and taking ownership of the situation at hand.- Conducted an interview on Fox 8 of how to complete CPR and demonstrated applying a lifejacket to oneself the correct way. - My name and picture was published in the News Herald on the front page attached to an article that stated ways of how to stay hydrated in the extreme heat.

I was tasked with giving customers excellent customer service as soon as they walked in. I completed their orders efficiently and promptly while maintaining a positive employee attitude.
