I am a Human Resources Generalist at Agrisolutions, a leading provider of agricultural solutions and services. I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Minor in Business Environment and Sustainability from Illinois State University, where I graduated in December 2021. My core competencies include HR policies, labor relations, and people management.In my current role, I am responsible for conducting new employee orientations and onboarding processes, managing HR/Safety projects, and assuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. I also provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR issues and procedures, such as disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. I have previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Constellation and Naeve Family Beef, where I collaborated with recruitment and department managers, participated in union negotiations and meetings, and coordinated training and development programs.
