I spent the better part of 15 years in the real estate industry, rocking customer service, strategy, problem solving, operations and financial management as a Property Manager. I've done commercial and residential real estate sales and leasing and have held the prestigious title of Condo Board Member/ Developer Rep for a national homebuilder. Now, I work for a SaaS company, developing customer education programs, delivering webinars and written content and teaching small and medium businesses how to document their business, SOPs, policies and procedures.
