I am BSc Psychology Graduate from Durham University. Working towards decolonising the curriculum in the Psychology department:Following ethics and mental health training, I conducted several surveys (staff and students) to monitor and evaluate awareness of and attitudes to the decolonising the curriculum initiative starting at Durham University, as well as investigating the most appropriate improvement.
I have worked as a research assistant for a project investigating empathy in infants. The project involves cross cultural comparison between infants from Durham and Uganda. In addition to data collection, I have learned how to navigate ELAN software to code relevant actions for research analysis of the observed experiment.
