AFH started off as a small firm in 1990 and we've grown to now offer a broad range of wealth management and financial planning services to both mass affluent and high net worth individuals, as well as companies. We are an independent financial adviser practice with Assets under Management of circa £2.7 billion as of November 2017. The Business Development Team are responsible for recruiting good quality Independent Financial Advisers and engaging with Principles who are interested in talking to us about their exit strategy and how we can help. At AFH we focus on recruiting genuinely nice people who will fit into the culture of our business and offer a high level of customer care to their clients. We are also interested in talking to third party professional connections and establishing ways we can engage with them to to offer a professional and personal financial planning service to their partners, management team, employees and clients. I have been part of the AFH Group since May 2017 and have expanded my knowledge and skills throughout the company during this time. I am currently the PA to the Head of Business Development, working with recruitment agencies sourcing top quality advisers and assisting the Head of Business Development with developing leads via third party connections. Prior to my employment with AFH Wealth Management, I have worked in property development, law and the fitness industry.
