Assist the head coach in organizing and conducting swim practices and meets, provide technical guidance to swimmers, help with administrative tasks, and promote a positive team culture. One must have a passion for coaching, excellent communication skills, and experience in competitive swimming.

Monitor activities in and around the swimming pool, respond quickly to emergencies, provide first aid and CPR as needed, enforce pool rules, and maintain a safe and clean pool environment. For this position, one should be highly vigilant, physically fit, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

FIRE is a 3-semester-long Bacterial Pathogenesis stream where we student researchers perform lab techniques and skills using CRISPR technology to find additional information on CAUTI, an illness typically associated with Urinary Catheters. This role requires perseverance, familiarity with bacterial culturing handling, and collaboration skills.
