Additionally, I worked on a paper establishing a trust measure, exploring the profound impact of trust in the primary care setting on equity, encompassing factors such as race, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and other social determinants of health.

Oversaw outreach program to gain volunteers and provide remote training and on-boarding for group trips. Studied the effects of morphine on recovery of function after spinal cord injury and osteopenia in a mouse model of spinal cord injury: effects of age, sex, and motor function. Performed rodent husbandry, data entry and analysis, spinal cord sectioning, and depressive-like behavior testing. Perfected wet lab techniques: immunohistochemistry, ELISA, MACS, flow cytometry and gel electrophoresis.
