My role at SageD Consulting is focused on fundraising and grant administration, partnership management, and communications strategy and management. I assist with the management of strategic external funding and programmatic partnerships for our flagship leadership development program, Legacy Leadership. I also coordinate and manage external events (attendance sizes from 25-200+).

As Operations Coordinator, I provide administrative and development coordination for the organization. This includes CRM management, bookkeeping and accounting support, event planning and management, donor relations management, and HR support. I am currently coordinating the planning of our annual fundraiser, creating and managing individual donor relations, and maintaining monthly bookkeeping and accounting processes.

• Coordinated and manages organizational programmatic priorities, including member programming, community engagement efforts, and partnership building, to enhance program quality and stakeholder satisfaction. • Managed event bookings and logistics, including invoice tracking, calendar management, and client communications, ensuring seamless and successful events. • Developed and executed organizational marketing efforts, creating engaging social media content using Canva and writing compelling blog posts to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and outreach.

I independently researched, created, and edited a working legislative proposal for a Foster Child Bill of Rights. I coordinated and executed state-wide focus groups as integral piece of legislative research, bringing together lawmakers, foster parents, DFCS staff, educators, and volunteers. I also planned and executed several virtual and COVID-cautious in-person letter writing and phone banking events. Additionally, I created a website for the organization, and was responsible for social media marketing efforts.
