I provided in-depth training and supervision to all program staff on crisis intervention, psychological impact and coping patterns that DV/SA and trauma has on victims, and identifying underlying or co-occurring conditions of victims, to ensure best-practices and comprehensive care. I developed, implemented and maintained program policies & procedures so they were in accordance with trauma-informed care and all relevant local, State and Federal guidelines regarding safety, confidentiality and licensing/certification, where applicable. I developed and trained staff on providing comprehensive case management to individual clients and families, including: intake, assessment, treatment planning, monitoring client progress, track relevant data and trends, and log direct/indirect time as needed for grant reports. I oversaw individual case planning with specific goals and objectives to children and families utilizing services. I participated in consultations with other professionals regarding psychological evaluations, program effectiveness, and program hazards. I ensured the provision of advocacy, including on-going support services, for victims after initial police intervention, throughout court proceedings, and after case deposition. Show less
