I developed, implemented and maintained program policies & procedures so they were in accordance with trauma-informed care and all relevant local, State and Federal guidelines regarding safety, confidentiality and licensing/certification, where applicable. I developed and trained staff on providing comprehensive case management to individual clients and families, including: intake, assessment, treatment planning, monitoring client progress, track relevant data and trends, and log direct/indirect time as needed for grant reports. I oversaw individual case planning with specific goals and objectives to children and families utilizing services.
