I co-founded the first coworking space to be established in Judea and Samaria, and the only one for our first 3 years. As CEO, I helped build the brand, educate our consumers about the concept, forge relationships with other burgeoning ecosystems in the country, consulted with other hubs starting out, hosted the region's first "pitch night" and "hackathon", brought 7 MKs, 3 Government Ministers and 1 US Governor out to see first hand our "for profit" approach to fighting BDS. I welcomed international delegations from around the world, facilitated the development of startups and small businesses, and set the stage for serious, long-term, professional business roots in Gush Etzion which had previously only been seen as a "bedroom community." We created opportunities for organic networking and collaboration and hosted events and conferences to foster the growth of Startup Nation in the area. We became one of two sites "over the green line" to host "SheCodes." In my role I oversaw day to day operations, managed staff, recruitment, hiring, training, business operations, business development, communications strategy and implementation, events, community building as well as board members and shareholders, and the application process for government funding on behalf of my local municipality.
