Increased membership of WRE and developed and delivered detailed cross-sector stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, and a comprehensive co-creation process with members, to produce the long-term regional Water Resources Plan.

Led BITC’s work on ‘water and healthy ecosystems’ as part of BITC’s Water Taskforce. Transitioned the Water Taskforce into a wider Climate Adaptation Taskforce. Pivotal in building and managing key business and government relationships and speaking at events to increase visibility of BITC and its environmental agenda around water.

Created, developed and continually evolved the company’s ‘Keep it Clear’ customer behavioural change programme. With a small team, sustained sewer blockage reductions by an average of 43 per cent in ‘Keep it Clear’ locations.
