Avenue Restaurant is a stylish and beautiful restaurant in Mayfair with a variety of flexible space available to hire. I am responsible for sales and marketing for events and core restaurant guests. Wonderfully exciting and such a great team to work with.

Launceston Place

Event Management - To book the private dining room with corporate and personal bookings and to plan large bookings in the restaurant. The restaurant has 3 AA rosettes so it is important to maintain a fine-dining style for large bookings.Sales and Marketing - increase the venues database and customer profile. This includes to initiating warm selling by sending out the first monthly newsletter to all existing and potential customers. I am also involved in the advertising of the restaurant on websites and creating offers for local businesses and residents.Maintain a budget - For the first quarter of 2010 I tripled my forecast and earned £80,000 net, and have more than double the event revenue achieved each month. This was achieved through my dedication and hard work. Launceston Place has 20 other sister restaurant in London, which creates healthy competition therefore it is imperative for me to keep on innovating the services provided to customers.
