Working directly with a multi-disciplinary Agile team in the delivery of one of FINEOS core products, underpinning the product suite. Supporting iterative deliveries, removing impediments, increasing efficiencies and developing and coaching team members.This role involves direct line management of individuals in the Scrum team.Current scrum team size is 10 people - including system analysts, software engineers and test engineers. Due to the nature of the product that the team are working on being core to products - this role involves stakeholder management from across the business communicating with relevant parties at each stage of the SDLC from requirements through to final delivery of software. Senior member of the FINEOS Product Development team. Key responsibilities included the following:► Line Management. Day-to-day line management of a team of Systems Analysts (10 people) working within Product Development, full HR responsibilities, recruitment, career management, performance management, 1:1’s etc.► Programme Management: Working as part of the FINEOS Programme Control Management team to manage the demand for the core FINEOS Product (Claims and Payments). This involves working with Project Managers based globally to line up agreed budget and scope for product demand for every second FINEOS product release (typically two-three product releases of 4000 days per year).► Delivery: Working closely with the internal R&D programme management team to define product backlog to feed into the agile delivery team and with Project Managers for delivery via waterfall. ► Project management of the design phases of each FINEOS Product Release - including assigning (team of 27 analysts), tracking and weekly reporting, risk and issue management and stakeholder management.► Commercials: Driving out various levels of estimates to feed into fixed priced contracts.Agile: Scrum and Product Owner Certified.
