About Rachel Huguet

Sitting within the Executive Office of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, I manage the strategy development and implementation of three cross-cutting grantmaking portfolios. Focused on equity, locally-led development, and support for the philanthropic sector, each portfolio goes beyond financial grantmaking, building on and leveraging the work of the Foundation's program initiatives to help catalyze and accelerate our goals through high-impact relationships. A connector, a strategist, and a problem solver, I enjoy cultivating uncommon partnerships and bringing people together to discover and work towards common goals.
