During my time at Jujube, I have been trained as a Server, Hostess, Expeditor, and Server Assistant and have trained nine new hires for serving positions. My primary responsibilities involve greeting and serving customers, organizing reservations, and communicating with other restaurant staff to ensure excellent service. On a daily basis, I solve conflicts in a fast-paced, stressful environment while maintaining my professionalism at all times.

I planned lessons to encourage greater confidence and proficiency in reading comprehension and assisted in organizing and completing daily homework assignments.

I worked at the front desk to check in customers, complete sales, and assist with customer service. As a member of the merchandise team, I coordinated events to improve overall studio sales and performed inventory counts weekly. Additionally, I ensured standards for community engagement and cleanliness were met, allowing for a safe and positive customer experience during the Covid-19 pandemic.

I led a team of interns and provided guidance to allow for successful voter outreach and met with political candidates to acquire about their platform and how they intended to benefit North Carolinians. Additionally, I recruited new voters and provided information for successful voting through phone banking.
