I have a passion for creating meaningful engagement through targeted interactions driven by actionable data and strategic development. Throughout my career in the nonprofit sector, I have helped organizations succeed in greater mission impact whether it was through better constitutent engagement or increased fundraising, or in most situations, a strategic combination of both.I have learned through my own involvement with my university, sorority, and church that the best way to create affinity and loyalty is through interaction. Creating opportunities to interact with fellow alumni/members, to give back, to lead, and to mentor is what drives loyalty, which leads to increased giving. I love my alma mater and the organizations I'm involved with and want to help other institutions deepen and broaden their engagement programs to create the same loyalty in their alumni/members/constituents. Using a data-driven, strategic approach along with creativity, I approach each new project like a project that needs to be solved.
