In my role, I lead a team of onboarding executives, delivering top-tier support to effectively onboard new event organisers to Let's Do This. I design and implement seamless workflows that guide event organisers through the beginning of our partnership through implementation and going live. My focus is on fostering collaboration across sales, partner success, and product management teams to implement tailored onboarding solutions to address each event organiser's specific technical requirements. By ensuring precise alignment on data integration and platform configuration, I enable organisers to leverage the full capabilities of Let’s Do This to maximize sales and operational efficiency. By bridging these critical phases, I help empower organisers with a flawless onboarding experience that sets the stage for successful, long-term collaboration.

Let's Do This is a digital marketplace for sporting and mass participation events, inspiring users to take part in an extensive range of races from local 5k Runs to Double Ironman Triathlons and everything in between. Having built the world's biggest multi-disciplinary events and race drabs the Let's Do This mission is to encourage users on all levels from amateur to semi-professional to lead their life with goal oriented sporting targets. Offering global run, cycle, triathlon and obstacle events, Let's Do This helps athletes find and book the event that is best for them and offer local and personalised communications to all users, sending information on what events are happening locally and tailored to users' preferences. Post event athletes will be able to review events online, helping their peers find the best challenges and provide valuable feedback to the Race Organisers.
