Working to promote energy access and reduce energy poverty through clean, sustainable, and equitable solutions in emerging markets to support SDG 7. I provide programmatic, analytical, and geospatial support to the Energy Sector Management Assistance Program's (ESMAP) across Offshore Wind, Renewable Energy Mapping, and Solar focus areas.-Evaluate environmental, social, and financial risks in World Bank energy infrastructure projects to build a pipeline of responsible, bankable investment opportunities— analyze spatial data using GIS software, excel modeling, country/sector research, and apply Environmental and Social (E&S) frameworks to country specific RE roadmaps;- Build relationships and collaborate with partner institutions (DFI's, MDBs), government departments, policy think-tanks, industry associations, academic/research institutions, and donor institutions to identify synergies, grant funding opportunities, research opportunities, and build analytical tools for evaluating clean energy potential and policy objectives;-Oversee grant-funded in-situ meteorological measurement campaign data collection activities, track metrics and status of deliverables, and communicate with external consultant and adjacent teams to model and interpret results for energy/transmission grid planning.-Drive product development of Renewable Energy Knowledge Tools: Global Wind Atlas, Global Solar Atlas, and the Renewable Energy Zoning Tool (Beta) -- liaise with policy makers, industry groups, and developers to prioritize functionalities that support and increase awareness of the technical and economic viability of renewable energy resources around the globe.

- Provided geospatial, scientific, and policy analysis for NOAA's Office of Response and Restoration (OR&R);- Identified risks and prepared response strategies for human an man-made disasters in US waters. - Determined geographic extents of hazardous substance releases, quantified losses, and identified needed restoration to compensate for loss (Deepwater Horizon Oil spill, Refugio Beach Oil Spill, and others). Worked to prepare findings for public release and review, as a result of the ongoing case settlement.- Studied the impacts of offshore oil and gas development to marine mammals through long-term acoustic monitoring programs, aerial surveys, fish trawl surveys, and remote sensing data.- Ensured NOAA activities complied state or federal environmental regulations and worked with NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service as well as BSEE, EPA, BOEM, USFWS, USACE, on active responses and additional regulatory issues. - Familiar with the Clean Water Act, Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, National Historic Preservation Act, national Marine Sanctuaries Act, Endangered Species Act the Jones Act, and the Stafford Act; - Led the effort to coordinate with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Bureau of Safety & Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) to integrate Geographic Response Strategies (GRS's) into NOAA's mapping application.- Member of NOAA Oil Spill Response Team during active incidences and subsequent Natural Resource Damage Assessments (NRDA). Participated in oil spill response simulations in coordination with industry stakeholders. - Developed an understanding of analytical chemistry and statistical skills necessary to analyze data. - Emergency Responder deployed to Miami FL and Puerto Rico to provide scientific support to the USCG command under FEMA’s ESF-10 mission. - Division Representative on NOAA's Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
