Serve as the primary front-line alumni fundraiser. Lead the strategic direction and implementation of alumni cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to achieve sustainable major gift and annual fund growth. Strategically engage a wide range of high-net worth and lower-level national and international donors through individual outreach to establish meaningful relationships and build a robust alumnus giving program. Produce and oversee all alumni communication efforts, including email newsletters, print communications, and digital content to creatively communicate, connect, and engage donors. Recruit, organize, and administer an active program of 50-100 volunteers to increase connections and build support for philanthropic campaigns and initiatives. Plan and implement a calendar of 5-10 alumni engagement events, ranging in scope and size, with the dual goal to connect alumni with one another and with the school. Tracked and conducted 250 unique qualification visits annually with uncultivated alumni to build a pipeline for major gift donors for the Honor the Future campaign. Aligned donor interests with University projects and initiatives. Assessed capacity, inclination, and propensity of prospective donors to implement appropriate stewardship and cultivation strategies. Maintained an active awareness of pan-University fundraising priorities to ensure cross departmental/school collaboration. Documented post-visit assessments and contact reports to update the University database with donor information. Identified donor stories for communications/marketing use to illustrate the impact of giving to the broader community.
