Elementary TeacherI am responsible for creating a welcoming classroom environment. I create and execute detailed lesson plans in the classroom, and plan for differentiation for different levels and learning styles. I multi-task between teaching a small group, answering students questions, and monitoring the classroom. I enforce classroom and school rules, observe and evaluate student performance and prepare them for the "real world" and to be successful in the next grade level. I keep in contact parents and update them on their children. I work with them to make the students as successful as possible.

Fort

I provided instruction and managed classroom environments in absence of the regular teachers. I performed all the duties of the regular teacher. I used this job as a learning opportunity and great experience as I was studying to become a teacher.
