I'm a highly motivated & experienced digital marketer currently looking for a full time Digital Marketing Manager or Senior SEO Strategist/ SEO Management role. I'm also very interested in talent development/leadership development, so my ideal role would be combining both.You may be wondering, what makes me different than every other digital marketer that's out there?While it comes as no surprise that I know a lot about SEO having done it in some shape or form for almost 15 years, I feel like there is always something to learn. (And with SEO there IS always something to learn!)I've worked with all kinds of clients and have worked in digital marketing from every angle you could possibly do it - client side, agency side, and as a small agency owner. While I have a lot of knowledge and experience in SEO, I've also gotten my hands dirty in other aspects of digital marketing including running Google Ads, email marketing, content development, social media marketing, branding, conversion rate optimization, analytics, and website development. Outside of all of that, I've developed skills on the business side of things including putting together new product offerings, prospecting new clients and having sales conversations, working on client accounts and retaining them, working on forecasting and accounting related tasks - everything you would think you need to do to run a successful business.While I've developed a decent amount of hard skills over the years, I think what is equally, if not more important, is the soft skills. I consider myself a very empathetic person/leader. I've been told that I'm "easy to talk to" and think that is where the strength lies in my management style. I have a knack for seeing what makes someone unique and how they benefit the team and business as a whole.In my next role I’m looking to apply the marketing and business skills I've developed over the years along with my ownership mentality to teach the next generation of marketers and leaders.
