I also help with Zone 1 logistics in the planning phase and onsite, which include speaker communications, detailed agendas, backstage run of show, food & beverage, and overall event logistics. In addition to event planning tasks, I handle a lot of the marketing for our events, such as, email and text blast messaging, social media content, and local promotion with businesses.
