Human Resources Representative Ii
Current- HR Business Partner supporting the Clinical Manufacturing and Quality organizations through efforts including implementation of annual performance and talent review cycles, talent strategy development, people data analysis, and developing employee engagement initiatives to support a changing and growing organization- Collaborate across centers of excellence such as Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Leave of Absence, and Talent Development to drive HR compliance, support business needs, and champion organizational goals- Organize and facilitate New Hire Orientation and onboarding for all new employees including all first day orientations and follow-up inquiries for over 1500 employees- Contributed to the implementation of Change Management initiatives to support the organization through pre- and post-acquisition activities including job title/level harmonization, orientation to new processes and programs, and ongoing engagement endeavors
