I am an experienced lawyer, specialising in complex white collar crime, general crime and regulatory matters. My specialism is advising individuals and corporations who are subject to investigation or prosecution, with extensive experience of dealing with the police, Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Serious Fraud Office (SFO), US Department of Justice (DOJ) and a variety of regulators. I have extensive experience acting for clients at interview stage. Strategic from the outset, I give consideration to both the short-term and long-term implications of investigation, and I strive to obtain the best possible result for my clients as early as possible. I have years of experience acting for clients who are the subject of restraint orders and confiscation orders to the value of tens of millions, and many of my cases have an international element. I am also experienced in advising witnesses who are the subject of section 2 interviews and compulsorily required to attend for interview.Many of my clients face multi-faceted investigations, sometimes spanning internal employment matters, regulatory and criminal investigations. Where appropriate, I work collaboratively alongside other lawyers and experts to ensure that my clients receive the best advice, from every perspective.
