I am an experienced and high performing employment lawyer, with expertise across a broad range of employment issues, advising both employer clients and senior executives. I work with HR directors and GCs across a variety of market sectors, including financial services, hospitality, recruitment and the media. My work includes unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of covenant claims, as well as drafting all forms of employment and policy documentation and advising on TUPE and large scale redundancy and change programs. I have a strong track record in advising senior executives on their departures. I have had articles published in The Times, ELA Briefing and many human resources publications.I am a member of the ELA Management Committee and Chair the ELA Pro Bono Committee. I volunteer on the ELIPS scheme, providing assistance to litigants in person.
