As a Surgery Scheduler at The Portland Clinic, I provide efficient and courteous patient communication and access services, while also serving on the DEI committee to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the organization. I have successfully handled multiple tasks and deadlines, coordinated appointments and referrals, and maintained accuracy and confidentiality of patient records.In addition, I work as a Direct Support Professional at Alliance Services, where I support individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life. I have demonstrated compassion, empathy, and respect, as well as communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. I am also certified in ServSafe Food Handler, Basic Life Support, and CPR, and have completed a course on digital marketing to broaden my skill set and knowledge.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Public Health at Portland State University, with an expected graduation date in 2026. I have a strong interest in volunteer opportunities and social justice issues, and I aspire to make a positive impact in my community and beyond.
