As a Sales Associate, my duties included helping customers with finding, trying, coordinating, and purchasing both apparel and home goods, as well as processing transactions, applying discounts and special offers, and counting and handling cash. I was trained in both opening and closing the store; I helped with customer complaints and questions, as well as keeping the store clean. I also worked on designing and building the art displays.
