• Contracted to create a financial planning workshop to support smallholder coffee farmers in the management of their finances with the goal of increasing household financial stability.
• Conducted interviews with coffee production stakeholders including local NGO staff, coffee exporters, and 12 coffee farmers in Colombia to evaluate financial constraints and opportunities in coffee production.

Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area

• Managed a portfolio of 3-5 advanced stage entrepreneurs; conducted market research, social impact analysis, and cost-benefit analyses to support their growth and pursuit of impact investment.
• Evaluated and modified Alterna’s internal consulting methodology, resulting in the creation of a value chain analysis module which has been used to capacitate 100+ entrepreneurs.

Providence, Rhode Island Area

• Trained 45 Financial & Health Coaching Fellows and managed a team of 3 permanent staff while building a sustainable infrastructure for program delivery capable of serving 150+ clients annually.
• Supervised the service delivery and data collection for a randomized control trial involving 350 low-income families. Systematized data collection processes and conducted analysis on intermediate outcomes to engage.
• Built a statewide network of 15+ partner nonprofits and community stakeholders to increase program enrollment and provide clients access to complimentary social services.
