- Developed market pricing and contracting strategy for one of the companies emerging markets I. Putting together a suite of agreements and a pricing menu in a service offering that has not been done before in the company. This was done while simultaneously laying out a roadmap for project documentation implementation and design efficiency process within Revit to improve the profitability and longevity of this new market for the company.
