I am also a Trustee and Director at the British and Irish Legal Information Institute, a valuable online resource for legal research and education. Prior to the Law Society, I led knowledge and risk management teams in international law firms. I hold certifications in Business Analysis Practice and AgilePM®, which enable me to apply agile principles and practices to complex projects and processes. With over 25 years of experience in the legal sector, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing lawyers and law firms. I have successfully managed and resolved crises, led large-scale change initiatives across regulatory compliance and knowledge systems, and mentored and supervised diverse teams.
