Managed more than 50 targeted process improvement efforts across 15 manufacturing areas, creating processes for data cleanup, work order priorities and schedule optimization, resource planning, and manufacturing efficiencies• Identified and minimized the potential occurrence or impact of technical risks to the projects through the application of Industrial Engineering tools. • Implemented new data analytics tools to interrogate data systems, identify opportunities, and drive improvements. The implementation of a dynamic scheduling tool led to Program savings of $2M over the course of 2 months through the application of optimized scheduling.• Trained and developed new Industrial Engineers to provide shop floor support, including developing key performance metrics and increasing manufacturing throughput• Optimized the Industrial Engineering organizational structure, team communication and training to build and maintain a high performing team, demonstrated by top employee engagement scores and department-wide recognition• Employed targeted marketing and educational campaigns to successfully expand the IE organization into all aspects of the product lifecycle from proposal through I&T.
