Technical Account Manager
Current- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.- Provide 2nd level support for the customer.- Ensure customers are satisfied and can be utilized as a reference.- Diagnose, troubleshoot and respond promptly to issues hardware or software.- Reproduce configurations and problems in the test lab.- Installing, configuring hardware, software and Writing of technical documents.- Escalate difficult or unresolvable issues to the appropriate departments.- Strong relationship, diplomate & leadership.- Work independently in a fast paced customer service environment without requiring immediate supervision.Interests : Backup/Restore, Big Data, Storage, Network, Virtualization, cloud computing, IT Infrastructure, NAS & SAN technology .....
