• Talent Acquisition: Plan, strategize and conduct end-to-end recruitment process involvingsourcing of candidates, screening of Candidates and Conducting Behavioural Event Interviews(BEI). Deliver reports to leaders on regular basis enabling deep dives into trends and anomaliesand act as mentor to the recruiting team.• Employee Engagement: Co-created and Implement the Engagement Initiatives for employees,for e.g.- Rewards & Recognition, monthly birthday celebrations, Happy Hours, Open House withManagement, etc.• Performance Management System: Coordinate the performance management process andensure timely closure of goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews. • Working in the Employee Relations Group of Western Offshore Unit , catering to 3000+ employees working at offshore installations.• Prime focus on the resolution of the employee’s grievances by aligning them with the company policies.• Experience in handling the contract labour and post contractual issues.• Preparing and administering the Human Resources operating budget and creating the forecast of funds.• Assisting in resolving employee disciplinary matters and grievances.•Procurement of the personal protective equipment to be provided for offshore going personnel.• Implementing and designing of the activities for employee engagement.• Implementation of the Travel Management Tool of the employees.• Preparing the day to day reports of HR.• liasoning with different Government agencies for smooth operations.
