Before this it was only Rajasthan.Responsible for developing business in both the states - Motor, Health and commercial lines of business through OEM and other channels excluding Banca.Key responsibilities- Achieve product wise / branch wise budgets through agency distribution & broker management which includes monitoring recruitment, activations and renewal retention.- Expand business operations in new locations - Tier II and III cities - Development of strong channel force of agency, broker and dealer network under OEM and Non OEM brands.- Business planning with product mix- Timely weeding out the Loss making portfolio/ relationships- Developing the commercial lines of business through IMD’s.- Coaching/ mentoring the team through continuous training and engagement.- Drive retail health business from 3 identified cities (Jaipur, Indore & Bhopal) under T-20 initiative.

Started operations in JaipurRecruited, developed channels - agents, dealers, brokers.Managed Jaipur market for retail & Commercial lines of business as a Branch Head.

Business Development of personal lines products through Brokers and Affinity relationship in Delhi & NCR.- Managed relationships like GE for Motor and Citi financial for Home insurance

Managed & developed business through channel sales from Pvt. car dealers and DSA's in South Delhi and Faridabad market.

Recruit new agents/dealers for the retail auto loan business. Grow the business from the existing relationship. Evaluate the customer's risk profile by meeting him. Preparing a approval note sheet of the customer whom the loan needs to be given.
