Development: As a head of IT, and also a lead developer, formed a strong, in-house development team of 10 team members, and jointly custom built order taking systems for 13 countries. The area of responsibility were Internet sales, which we grew from 15% to 60% of overall sales (period: 2005-2013).IT Management: Responsible for the establishment of corporate IT strategic planning and objectives. Increased operating efficiency and effectiveness, and reduced total costs of ownership. Operational Services: Responsible for infrastructure availability, capacity management, change control, service level measurement, computer operations, storage management, applications processing, voice and data communications, and network and print services.eCommerce Services: Responsible for the Internet marketing strategy and continuous growth of online sales through preferred online channels (organic, referral, ppc, retargeting, targeted email campaigns, and social media marketing). As a core dev team member focused on development of the mortgage advancing system. The system was developed in Visual BASIC (object oriented) and MS SQL.
