Implement and oversee Building Operation and Maintenance Procedures in 1.5-million-square-foot complex in a high critical environment including high-end laboratories like Public Health Ontario, University of Toronto, Ryerson University, JLabs and Ontario Institute of Cancer Research which includes CL2 and CL3 Labs and their world-wide Cancer Research Data Center. State of the art office spaces with high-profile tenants including: Facebook Canada, AutoDesk, Paypal Canada, Uber Canada, Vector AI Institute and AirBnB. The complex also has a retail space and food court with tenants like: Starbucks, RBC Bank, Amora Café, Flock, Pumpernickel’s, Subway Restaurant, Tim Hortons, etc. The MaRS Complex includes a Heritage Building with compartment units, VAV boxes with shared condensing loop. South Tower (BOMA Best Gold) is a tower mixed with lab and office spaces with chillers, compartment units, heat pumps and condensing loop. The West Tower (BOMA Best Platinum, LEED Gold) is the newest building also a mix of lab, office and retail space with deep-lake water cooling, compartment units, VAVs, fan coil units and chilled beams. The heating plant uses steam in all three buildings. We use Angus Anywhere for tenant's requests and PMs.
