EasyConnx Systems is a startup and creator of CaringAssist, the company's proprietary product, CaringAssist addresses three critical problems in the assisted living / residential care industry. (1) Streamlining the process of generating authenticated records of services delivered, activities engaged and maintenance performed that serve a facility's administrative/management needs and that satisfy regulatory requirements for assisted living / residential care facilities, (2) Convert such information into reports for family and friends of residents who need to know on a regular basis how their loved one is doing and (3) Gathering and reporting on resident-generated information about service satisfaction and personal well-being.

Writing site content, marketing, and promotional materials including emails and advertising for a website where people can create, buy, and sell retail-quality apparel, postage, skateboards, tote bags, coffee mugs, greeting cards, posters, and more with their own designs and images.

• Built a relationships and romance editorial channel from scratch with a recognized roster of writers and experts who attracted substantial readership through featured placements on Yahoo!'s front door. Wrote monthly newsletters, marketing emails and user interaction content. Gathered and wrote user testimonial "success stories." Teamed with product managers, user experience designers, Web developers, engineers and marketers at all levels to write customer communications.

Wrote the daily front page and all audience email communications -- 2 weekly newsletters and 4 daily topical newsletters -- reaching more than 1 million daily readers. Created e-commerce catalog copy, co-branded sponsor pages, banner advertising, and other promotional vehicles including radio and magazine advertising. Project-managed webpage, ad and banner production, worked with Web designers, engineers, and IT staff at all levels.
