A challenging project due to the requirement to manage a high number of stakeholders from both large tertiary, metropolitan hospitals to smaller regional and remote healthcare units, and the large number of product categories that all required product trials and testing. Development of the Whole of Health Sutures and Skin Adhesive Glue (ECV $11M). Achieved savings through the aggregation of sutures types and the removal of duplicate products.
