Project Manager & Scrum Master----------------------------------------------------------------My background is mainly in IT management services where I spent a big part of my professional life, at the beginning as a specialist, team manager and project manager. In 2010 I became responsible for Application services for a big Scandinavian telco operator and after some time I met a group of great people trying to „Boil IT oceans“a little bit and took the opportunity to lead Lean transformation for Tieto Managed services and get our OPEX under control and in the same time increase delivered value towards our customers. The whole Lean transformation made a huge change in my life as got an opportunity to help huge international teams to increase their potential by using Lean and Agie principles, value stream mapping, identifying and fixing real root cases and fulfilling customer needs.Although I have deep knowledge of implementing Lean and Agile by mentoring target organisations and also love coaching others to help them grow. In my private life I love to spend time with my wife and little baby daughter, have fun with friends or just go outside and do some sports or just relax, read books and keep a good mood…
